• All items that are requested to be shipped are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery. Delivery is calculated based on the items that you have ordered, and this fee will be highlighted in your initial quote.

    Collection is available from my home address. I am based in Wrexham, North Wales. Collection is available in the window between creation completion and your wedding day and needs to be prearranged.

    All care will be taken to secure your items during transport but once work has been shipped, I can no longer take responsibility for the safety of your items or if they are delayed or lost.

  • Any emails or enquiries submitted via the website will be responded within 2-3 days, if not quicker. If you request is urgent, please highlight this clearly and I will do my best to respond quickly. Please note that urgent requests may be subject to a rush fee.

  • Your timeline is very much dependent on your order and the services you require. Upon receipt of your deposit, I will give you a detailed timeline of your order. Timeline for invitations suites and on the day, stationery will be outlined separately.

    For any on the day stationery I require the full details; guest list, table plans etc to be provided to me no later than 6 weeks before the wedding date/final deadline. I will email you 8 weeks prior to your final deadline to request these details if you have not already given them to me.

    If there are delays to your order, I will inform you straight away and keep you informed until the delay is resolved. Please note this does not include postage delays.

  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due once all work is signed off, before anything is printed, delivered or collected.

    Once you have received your quote, it is then valid for two weeks and your date will be held for the same period. If I haven’t received, your 50% deposit within that 2-week period, the date will be re-release for other couples. By paying the booking fee, you are agreeing to the terms listed here and detailed in your invoice

    Bank transfers are preferable but other forms of payment can be discussed. All charges will be made via invoice. All payments must be paid within 14 days of invoicing.

    If there are any adjustments to your final order, these will be added to the final invoice. If your numbers change and I have already ordered supplies then you may be subject to extra costs for getting the extra materials ordered in, including rush delivery charges.

  • Please triple check all spelling on your wording and guest lists when they are sent to me. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information provided is correct and spelling is thoroughly checked before signing off your final design proof.

    I am not liable for spelling mistakes or grammar errors. If work has commenced and a mistake is noticed by me, or you then you will be liable to pay for extra materials if it cannot be amended.

    All guest lists must be sent in a pdf format or word format. The guest list must come fully laid out as you want it to be written, including initials for each guest (if having initials).

    You can have up to 3 amendments of your design. Any additional amendments are subject to a Β£40 design fee. Reprints can be expensive so please ensure every care is taken at this stage to ensure all spelling and wording is correct.

  • Colours that are sent through on digital files will not always be displayed accurately on your device. Electronic devices are formatted with RGB colour profiles, whereas printing uses CMYK colour profiles. Therefore, there can be a slight differentiation between colours on screen and colours once printed.

    Due to the nature of calligraphy and that every item is handmade, there will always be slight variations in pieces, please be aware of this when placing any orders which include handwritten calligraphy.

  • The Conscious Calligraphy Co retains all rights to any artwork and design. Any reproduction of artwork is prohibited unless given written permission from The Conscious Calligraphy Co.

    The Conscious Calligraphy Co. reserves the right to use images and samples of your stationery for portfolio and marketing purposes. This includes photographing and using them on this website and all social media platforms.

    If you do not want us to use your samples then please let us know.
